The IKF has today released its updated world rankings ahead of the upcoming World Championships, to be held in Belgium. Little has changed from previous rankings, with the Netherlands, Belgium and Chinese Taipei holding onto the top three spots. The only changes in the top 10 are Catalonia and the Czech Republic swapping places to 6th and 7th respectively, and Portugal and England are now tying in 4th.

Australia remains unchanged in 8th place. Australia’s pool rivals for the upcoming World Championships include Belgium, in 2nd, Russia, in 11th, and Brazil, 37th. The rankings suggest that there should be some interesting games for Australia at the World Championships.
