Korfball Australia is pleased to announce that Heather McManus has been appointed to the role of National Team Manager for the World Games tournament later this year. Heather has already been working closely with the National High Performance Team to assist in the organisation and smooth running of the recently concluded National Training Camp, and this will continue until the end of the tournament, as Heather will be travelling with the team, along with the other National Team position holders.

Heather will be well known to many in the Korfball community in Australia, particularly to those in South Australia. She currently coaches the North Adelaide Korfball Club A grade team, and still plays on occasion as well. Having previously held administrative and managerial roles at various levels throughout Korfball, including on an international development trip, there is a wealth of experience for Heather to draw on, and for the National High Performance Team and the National Team itself to lean on.

Congratulations Heather, and we wish you all the luck as you continue in your new role.
