The timetable for the upcoming 2017 National Club Championships has been released. The timetable has been sent to all participating clubs, and for the first time this year, there is a National Club Championships hub on the website. This page is your one-stop shop for all the upcoming matches, results and ladders over the weekend, and will be updated at the conclusion of each and every game all weekend.

 

You will note on the timetable that the are some A and B cross-over matches. These matches are not for points (although teams will be penalised for missing them), and serve as an opportunity to get extra matches in for all teams, give some experience to the B grade sides, and allow Korfball Australia to gauge the difference between grades. These matches are bound to be a lot of fun, and help expand the concept of the weekend, that of playing against opposition you wouldn’t normally have an opportunity to.

 

In addition, for the first time ever, all results across the weekend will be live-tweeted. If you’re not already following us, and you want to stay up to date, you can follow us here. This is the best way to stay up to the minute across the weekend with all the results.

 

As has been mentioned, the 2017 Korfball Australia AGM will be held during the lunch break on Saturday (1:30 PM). As has been announced previously, the positions of President and Secretary will become vacant.
