Unfortunately, the K4 playoffs, scheduled for this coming Thursday (December 8th) have had to be cancelled. A significant number of players, from a large number of teams, are unavailable, and as such, the competition was not viable on this day. As such, the ladder, correct as at the completion of the last round of competition, will be deemed the overall results. Congratulations now must go to 2 Old 4 This, who, having completed a perfect 12-0 season, finished on top of the table, and are now crowned the champions of this inaugural K4 competition in Australia. The full ladder can be found on the K4 Competitions page.
In order to celebrate what was ultimately a successful first outing for this format of the sport, all players and spectators are invited to the Tonsley Hotel for drinks on Thursday evening. The Chrysler Bar kitchen is open until 8:30 for anyone interested in bar meals.
The attention of Korfball Australia now turns to the National Squad, who have their first training camp of the World Games cycle beginning this Friday. A full training schedule for the National Squad can be found on the National Teams page.
